Buses rolled into the Capital
Friday morning to release 121 bouncy third-graders into the NYS
Museum, where 20 storytellers awaited them. The kids participated in storytelling
at the Elk
Pond, Bird Exhibit, and Camping sections of the Museum with three professional
storytellers. In
the special exhibits section, third graders heard stories by 17 middle school
students who have
been participating in special residencies in their schools.
