Does the idea of standing in front of an audience, all eyes on you, make you start to sweat? Whether you make presentations or tell stories, you can learn to manage your performance anxiety and become a more effective presenter or storyteller.

Using demonstrations and exercises, Michael Parent will help participants learn to overcome difficult performance hurdles through:
  • Reframing to regard the audience as potential allies
  • Taking an inner inventory that will lead to realistic goals
  • Dealing with the "adrenalin problem"
  • Moving past the dreaded "freeze moments"
  • Using stories effectively to enhance communication and reduce anxiety
And much more! For presenters and storytellers of all levels.
